Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied with your gear, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed RMA slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
